2026 Annual General Meeting Notification

Hello Wolverines Family, 

Please accept this as notice of our Annual General Meeting. We have booked our AGM for Friday November 27, 2026 to be held at the Druids Rugby clubhouse (23360 Twp Rd 524A) from 6:30 snacks. 7 - 9 PM AGM Starts. 

Along with updates from each of the Board of Directors, we will be voting on the following board positions, with some board members that will be returning.

• President
• Vice President
• Secretary
• Communications
• Coaching
• Treasurer
• Registrar
• Equipment Director
• Fundraising Director

*Note: As per our bylaws the President has to come from the current board.

Housekeeping for the meeting

• Nominations are from both those currently serving board members who plan to stand for re-election, and for new members who have expressed interest in being on the Board. Nominations are also welcome from the floor at the meeting.  
• In the case of more than 1 person nominated for a position, they will be asked to present their experience and relevant credentials as to why they are best suited for the position and an anonymous vote will occur.
• Only 1 vote per registered player is allowed regardless of how many parents/legal guardians are in attendance.
• If you have more than one child registered amongst the various programs of U11, U13 and U16, you are entitled to 1 vote per registered player. As a result, some parents may have multiple votes.  

There will be snacks starting at 6:30 with the meeting beginning at 7pm. Beverages are available for purchase at the clubhouse. Please record your availability on RAMP. 

We will be sending a follow up email closer to the AGM which will include an Agenda for the meeting, as well as minutes from last year's meeting.
