Housekeeping for the meeting

Nominations are from both those currently serving board members who plan to stand for re-election, and for new members who have expressed interest in being on the Board. Nominations are also welcome from the floor at the meeting.  

In the case of more than 1 person nominated for a position, they will be asked to present their experience and relevant credentials as to why they are best suited for the position and an anonymous vote will occur.

Only 1 vote per registered player is allowed regardless of how many parents are in attendance.

If you have more than one child registered amongst the various programs of U9, U11, U13 and U16, you are still entitled to 1 vote per registered player. As a result, some parents may have multiple votes.  

We will be sending a follow up email closer to the AGM which will include an Agenda for the meeting, as well as minutes from last year's meeting.
